55+ is an innovative platform that values and integrates people over the age of 55, combating loneliness and social isolation while promoting active participation in the community. Through this initiative, people with life experience and diverse skills can offer useful services such as home support, small repairs, gardening, companionship, or other tasks that address real needs within local communities. In addition to generating income and a sense of purpose for those providing the services, the project also creates a positive impact for those receiving them, fostering intergenerational and close-knit relationships. Created in 2018, 55+ has already expanded to several regions of the country and benefits from the support of both public and private entities, strengthening its role as a social innovation solution that values senior talents and contributes to more cohesive and supportive communities.
The first family of solidarity and inclusive café-restaurants, born in France in 2017, employs and trains people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Its main ambition is to place difference at the heart of our cities and our lives, fostering encounters in shared spaces and offering employment opportunities to people who are distanced from the job market. Our Café Joyeux aims to build a sustainable model and make difference a strength. The JOYEUX brand arrived in Portugal in 2021 through the VilacomVida Association, which exclusively represents and develops it in the country. Thus, Joyeux Portugal serves as a vehicle for implementing VilacomVida’s mission of employing and training young adults with so much untapped talent. After an initial assessment, Joyeux employees receive training from a specialized team that includes HR professionals, occupational therapists, master chefs, and experienced mentors in the restaurant industry. Following an initial training period, many Joyeux employees join the Cafés Joyeux with permanent contracts. Depending on their abilities, and always supported by attentive supervisors, they take on various roles within the restaurant sector: barista, cashier, kitchen, and table service.
Escoita is a real-time audio description platform that makes cultural, sports, and corporate events accessible to everyone, especially people with visual impairments. Through technology, it offers immersive and inclusive experiences, promoting equal access to culture, knowledge, and entertainment, and reinforcing the event’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
GIRL MOVE Academy A GIRL MOVE Academy forma a nova geração de líderes e agentes de transformação em Moçambique. Através de mentoria intergeracional e metodologias inovadoras de educação, conecta meninas, jovens licenciadas e mulheres líderes para criar impacto real em comunidades e inspirar mudanças sistémicas pela igualdade de género. Programa CHANGE O Programa CHANGE prepara jovens licenciadas moçambicanas para liderar com propósito. Durante um ano, as Girl Movers desenvolvem competências de liderança e impacto social, recebem mentoria de mulheres líderes e tornam-se mentoras de adolescentes, multiplicando o poder da mudança. O resultado: mulheres preparadas para transformar as suas comunidades e inspirar o futuro de Moçambique.

The C-Level Mentorship Academy is the flagship program of Ponto Zero, created in 2023 with the purpose of fostering more equitable leadership by supporting young women in exploring their careers through mentorship with C-Level leaders. Now in its fourth edition, the program has brought together more than 500 participants and is designed specifically for women with three to ten years of professional experience who seek greater clarity, confidence, and new perspectives to accelerate their growth.
