The Innovators Forum is a knowledge-sharing platform developed by Sonae, dedicated to key topics that shape society.
Every year, we give the stage to Innovators – people who think differently, challenge the status quo, and lead the way to the future. We bring together experts, leaders, and change-makers to inspire, provoke reflection, and accelerate collective progress.

IF 2025 will take place on November 27, 2025, from 1:30 PM to 7:00 PM, at the Porto Cruise Terminal in Leixões, Matosinhos.
The event will be hybrid — with in-person participation and live online streaming for those who cannot attend physically.

In-person access to the event requires a paid ticket. There will be different ticket options, including discounted rates for students and NGOs.
Early Bird discounts (equivalent to 50% off the final ticket price) are available for purchases made until October 27.
The IF is open to the general public, with a special focus on professionals in the fields of innovation, technology, sustainability, culture, education, and citizenship. Sessions are open to the public upon registration.
After registration and payment, the ticket will be sent by email from registration@innovatorsforum.pt with a QR code, which must be presented at the entrance.
To democratize access and foster inclusion, the Student and NGO Ticket has a refund system, provided attendance at the event is confirmed. After the event, once presence has been validated at check-in, the refund request must be submitted by the organization via email to hello@innovatorsforum.pthello@innovatorsforum.pt with the subject “refund”. The refund will be processed via bank transfer to the indicated IBAN.
The event starts at 1:30 PM and ends at 7:00 PM. The full program will be announced soon.
Yes, the Porto Cruise Terminal in Leixões is equipped to welcome people with reduced mobility, and the organization ensures that all accessibility measures are in place. However, if you have any specific condition, please indicate it when filling out the registration form so we can anticipate and accommodate your needs.
The broadcast will be made available through a unique and exclusive link sent by email after registering for the online modality. Two simultaneous views with the same link are not allowed.
Yes, the main content will be available on-demand for all registered participants, approximately 7 days after the event.
